Expensive, but you’re captive once you buy the electric razor. Is it worth it? Probably not. Easier to buy a wet/dry, clean it yourself, and replace the blades occasionally.

These refills are not available on Okinawa. So, I’m forced to buy them online. This was the least expensive option, but still a bit pricey.

I got this razor before I went to college about 6 years ago. I first used it and I loved it; close shave, clean feeling. Unfortunately I started to get very bad razor burn from it after a bit. Didn’t know what it was from. I went back to a regular blade for years. One day I found the razor again and decided to give it another shot (years older and wiser;) ). I noticed I never changed the blade, so I did that, and tried it again and it worked like it was new again. I also noticed that it wasn’t getting as close as a regular blade until I started using pre-shave. As soon as I started the pre-shave the irritation and the “closeness issue” went away!
So just make sure you keep it clean, keep the blade fresh (I think once every 18 months), and use pre-shave!

I have hyper sensitive skin, and this shaver did not work for me. I tried using it a few times and did I not get a good shave out of it. It irritated my skin and I eventually just got rid of it and went back to razors. I

I had this shaver years ago and decided to go to one you can rinse with water. I figured I would save money by not buying the cleaning solution. I went back to this one because I did’nt find one that shaved as good. This razor shaves close. I’ll pay for the solution because of the fact that you just but it in stand, turn it on and your ready for your next shave with a clean shaver. When you turn on the cleaning unit it will be noisy in the begining. Overall a good shaver. Can also be cleaned manualy.

I have used this shaver for a couple months and at first I had trouble shaving with it (simply because I’d never used an electric before) but after a week or two, I became much more comfortable with it. It provides a fairly close shave,has pretty good durability (I dropped it and thought it was broken for a while but in fact it wasn’t)and is a terrific steal for 50 bucks.
The downside is the battery takes a while to recharge,near 8 hours and if you have the infamously problematic neckhair as I do then you may have to use your blimey mach 3 to shave that annoying adams apple hair. But if you need a pretty good electric shaver without all the bells and whistles, this puppy is a great buy at 50 and a strong buy at 60 bux.

I do not have a clue as to what happened here, but the shaver was never delivered. My money was refunded, but the vendor made no effort to either find the shipment or complete the order. I won’t do business there again.

The only gripe I have with this product is the plastic protective/carry case. It fell apart after about two weeks. The reason I purchased an electric razor is so that I could take it to the gym. The protective case is a necessity in my gym bag. But the plastic case cracked at the hinge joint after about two weeks. Now it is held together with duct tape.
Other than that, it’s a great product, especially for .
I have no idea what the others are referring to regarding noise and bulky recharging stands. Noise is similar to my other razors (acceptable) and the recharging stand is in proportion to the razor.
